What you'll be doing
First 30 days
- Build the Gulf target account list — UAE, KSA, Qatar — across banking, government, and real estate.
- Land 10 qualified introductions through the existing network of investors and partners.
- Get fluent on the Arabic voice deployments already live in production.
First 60 days
- Move 3+ accounts into active evaluation.
- Stand up the regional GTM motion alongside marketing and partnerships.
- Run a Gulf-region executive event with 20+ enterprise stakeholders.
First 90 days
- Close the first Gulf logo independently.
- Help scope the next regional hire (SE or partnerships) under you.
- Report ARR forecast weekly with full confidence.
Who you are
- 5–8 years selling enterprise software in the Gulf region — bonus for voice, contact center, AI, or banking categories.
- Strong track record of closing six- to seven-figure ARR deals.
- Fluent English; conversational Arabic is a strong plus.
- You understand how procurement works in Gulf FSI and government — and you have the relationships to navigate it.
- Comfortable being the only company person in the country for a few months.
