Abhishek is an industry veteran with over 12 years of experience in contact center intelligence. He brings deep expertise in building large-scale voice AI systems and designing enterprise conversation analytics platforms.
He founded OneInbox in 2023 with a vision to build a platform that lets businesses unlock value from every customer conversation. Based in Tokyo, he leads a team focused on Japan and the Asia-Pacific enterprise market.
