Why we're hiring this role

  • Singapore is our second-largest enterprise market and growing faster than Tokyo on a 6-month basis.
  • We have referenceable customers in the region but no dedicated AE on the ground.
  • This role decides whether we win the ASEAN enterprise voice AI category in the next 12 months.

What you'll be doing

First 30 days

  • Shadow founder-led deals in the Singapore pipeline and build relationships with existing references.
  • Map the target account list across banking, real estate, and government services in Singapore + ASEAN.
  • Land 10 qualified discovery meetings.

First 60 days

  • Move 3+ accounts into POC or paid pilot.
  • Build the regional GTM playbook with the GTM Lead.
  • Partner with marketing on a regional event or executive roundtable.

First 90 days

  • Close the first net-new logo independently.
  • Hand off a clean pipeline review the team can run without you.
  • Help define what the next Singapore hire (AE or SE) looks like.

Who you are

  • 5–8 years of enterprise software sales in APAC — bonus for voice, contact center, or AI categories.
  • Strong track record of closing six-figure ARR deals as the lead AE.
  • Comfortable in English; conversational Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
  • You've worked with FSI or government buyers and understand their procurement cycles.
  • Hungry for a region-level seat at a company that's clearly winning the category.
