Why we're hiring this role
- Direct sales alone won't capture the Gulf market — the region runs on SI and telco-mediated buying.
- We need someone who can sign and operationalize the right 5–10 partners across MENA.
- Done well, this role is a force multiplier on every direct AE we hire in the region.
What you'll be doing
First 30 days
- Map the MENA SI, reseller, and telco landscape — and our existing relationships across it.
- Identify the 10 highest-priority partner targets across UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Open serious conversations with 5 of them.
First 60 days
- Sign the first 2 partner agreements.
- Build the partner enablement track — training, certification, joint demo environments.
- Run a partner-led pipeline review with the regional AE.
First 90 days
- Close the first partner-sourced enterprise deal.
- Stand up a quarterly partner business review cadence.
- Define ROI metrics that show partners as a growth lever, not a cost line.
Who you are
- 5–8 years in channel, partnerships, or alliances at an enterprise software company — Gulf experience required.
- You have existing relationships with the major SIs and telco integrators in the region.
- Strong commercial instincts — you understand partner economics and can negotiate.
- Comfortable owning a number tied to partner-sourced ARR.
- Fluent English; conversational Arabic is a strong plus.
