About OneInbox

  • We're putting voice at the heart of how enterprises actually run.
  • We're the production-grade voice AI platform built for Japan and Asia-Pacific.
  • We're handling millions of real calls every month — in Japanese, English, Hindi, and Arabic — for banks, real estate firms, and government services.
  • Try OneInbox today.

Why we're hiring this role

  • The studio is the point where OneInbox becomes a self-serve product, not just an enterprise sale.
  • Activation and time-to-first-value are currently good — they need to be exceptional.
  • This role sits at the seam between product and growth, and we want someone who'll own both.

What you'll be doing

First 30 days

  • Walk through the current studio and onboarding as a brand new user — write down every drop-off point.
  • Talk to 10 self-serve users and 5 partners building on top of the studio.
  • Set a 30/60/90 metric: time to first call, time to first paying call, weekly active builders.

First 60 days

  • Ship the first iteration of an onboarding redesign with clear before/after metrics.
  • Add in-product nudges, templates, and example agents that shorten time-to-first-call.
  • Run 3 growth experiments and report on which moved activation.

First 90 days

  • Lift activation by a measurable, defensible amount.
  • Hand off the experimentation system to design and engineering so it runs without you.
  • Define what self-serve scale looks like for OneInbox — and the next 2 quarters of bets.

Who you are

  • 2+ years as a PM with clear ownership of activation, growth, or onboarding metrics.
  • Comfortable with SQL, experimentation, and product analytics tools.
  • Strong design taste — you can recognize when an onboarding flow is fighting the user.
  • You ship weekly, not quarterly.
  • Bonus: experience with developer products or platform tooling.

Why OneInbox

  • Generational impact: build the voice layer that every APAC enterprise eventually runs on.
  • Ownership culture: you'll work close to the founders and ship in days, not quarters.
  • Kind, high-bar team: senior operators who've built and led at scaled companies — and are easy to work with.
  • Strong backing: institutional investors and committed enterprise customers from day one.

What we offer

  • Real ownership: competitive salary and meaningful equity for early team members.
  • Health coverage: medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
  • Team time: regular in-person off-sites across Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, and Bengaluru.
  • Flexible time off: take what you need, when you need it.
  • Learning budget: dedicated annual L&D, plus conference and travel support.
  • Daily essentials: catered meals on office days, commuter support, and wellness benefits.
